6.Use creams to protect your skin from sunburms .
7.Challenge your brain play scrable, cross, words or road.
8.Walk for helf on hour every day, you'll keep fit and healthy
9.Brush your teeth for three minutes three times a day, you'll have good and strang teeth.
10.go to bed earlyand get up early! Hight hours of sleep make you feel rested quiet and calm and when you go to sleep don't forget to read (el koran) you'll naver have a bad dreams in your sleeping.
